We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to the services you have requested from us.

SMS communications and consent

If you provide your phone number and consent to receive text messages from Arminoverse or a business using our platform, that consent is used solely to send communications related to the services you have requested, such as appointment confirmations, scheduling, reminders, customer support, and responses to your inquiries.

SMS consent and mobile phone numbers are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party, except as necessary to provide the underlying messaging service itself (for example, our messaging infrastructure provider). Third-party service providers

We work with trusted third-party providers to deliver our services. These providers process information solely on our behalf and only to the extent necessary to provide their respective functions. Depending on the services you use, this may include:

• Calendly, for appointment scheduling
• Google Workspace, for email and business communications
• OpenAI and Anthropic, to power AI voice and chat receptionist functionality
• Hosting, infrastructure, and analytics providers that support our website and services

We require these providers to handle information consistently with this Privacy Policy and applicable law, and we do not authorize them to use your information for their own marketing purposes.
