Specific engagements are governed by the written service agreement we sign with a client, which controls to the extent it conflicts with these Terms.

By providing your phone number to Arminoverse or a business using our platform and consenting to receive text messages, you agree to the following terms governing SMS communications:

• You agree to receive conversational and transactional SMS messages related to appointments, customer support, scheduling, reminders, and other services you have requested.
• Message frequency varies depending on your interactions and requests.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message.
• You may reply HELP to any message for assistance.
• Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Arminoverse.
• We do not send unsolicited marketing messages without your appropriate, prior consent.

Acceptable use
